MMA Challenge Training Programme

Every person who signs up to MMA Challenge is assigned their very own MMA Coach!

All of our MMA coaches have been trained to deliver the MMA Challenge programme in the friendliest and most efficient manner. We only work with the coolest AND most caring coaches in the U.K, who have many years experience in teaching and competing in Martial Arts. 

The programme is aimed at BEGINNERS and both Male and Female Challengers are welcome to join!

Our life changing MMA programme will help you to:

  • Learn Mixed Martial Arts
  • Lose Weight and Improve Fitness
  • Gain Confidence

Don't worry if you are unfit to start with, the programme has a heavy focus on basic MMA techniques, teaching you how to attack and defend. Punches, kicks, takedowns, 'ground n pound' and submissions are all on the menu! You will also work towards creating a solid game plan over the 8 weeks, so when you step into the MMA Challenge cage you know exactly how you want to win.

As your basic fitness levels rise, fitness routines are added to the programme. Our fitness routines will ensure that you are in peak physical condition when Fight Night arrives!

During the training programme, we ask all Challengers to pledge to raise a minimum of £50 for our chosen charity Make A Wish U.K. You will receive details on how to set up your just giving page before training begins. 

You are required to sell a minimum of 10 tickets to the event you fight on. All ticket money contributes towards providing FREE MMA training and covering the costs of running MMA Challenge events.
