MMA Challenge offers you a brand new truly unique experience. Our programme is designed for beginners and people with no previous MMA experience.
Challengers receive 8 weeks of Mixed Martial Arts training according to the MMA Challenge programme at one of our affiliate gyms.
Our structured classes will not only get you extremely fit but will also teach you the basics of Mixed Martial Arts. You will learn how to attack and defend:
- Ground and Pound
After completing our 8 week programme, Challengers compete in a fair, competitive MMA bout inside the cage at one of our professionally organised MMA Challenge events.
